SPC Anti-Collision Wall Panel (Stone Plastic Composite Impact Panel) is a new type of wall protection and decoration material, produced by high-temperature and high-pressure extrusion of natural calcium carbonate (stone powder) and PVC resin.It adopts a multi-layer structure: UV wear-resistant layer + decorative film layer + SPC solid core layer + optional IXPE/EVA silent underlayment.

Installation Methods
SPC impact panels are easy to install. Three main methods:
Click-Lock / Clip System (Recommended)
Panels are connected via click-lock or clips without adhesive, laid directly over flat walls or existing wall coverings. Suitable for most flat walls. A 100㎡ room can be completed in 1-2 days.
Adhesive Mount
Apply special structural adhesive (e.g., MS adhesive, construction adhesive) to the back of the panel and press onto the wall. Suitable for curved or irregular walls, or small areas.
Furring / Subframe Installation
For uneven walls, first install wooden or metal furring strips to level the surface, then fix the panels. Suitable for old walls or when wiring space is needed.
Installation Steps (Click-Lock System):
Clean wall surface – ensure it is dry, flat, and dust-free
Start from a corner; fix the first panel with screws or adhesive
Insert the next panel at a 45° angle into the lock, then tap down to secure
Continue panel by panel; finish edges with trim profiles
Clean the surface – installation complete
