Aluminum Honeycomb Panel is a sandwich-structured panel manufactured by bonding two high-strength metal face sheets (typically aluminum alloy) to an aluminum honeycomb core under high temperature and pressure. The hexagonal honeycomb core mimics the mechanical structure of a natural beehive, providing extremely high flexural rigidity and compressive strength at very low weight.

Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) is a sandwich-structured sheet consisting of two high-strength aluminum alloy face sheets bonded to a low-density polyethylene (LDPE) core or a fire-retardant mineral core through a high-temperature, high-pressure lamination process. The “aluminum skin – core – aluminum skin” structure combines the weather and corrosion resistance of aluminum with the lightweight and flatness characteristics of the core.
