1-on-1 communication regarding customization needs: panel type, size specifications, usage scenario (home decoration/commercial decoration), budget range, and output of a preliminary customization plan.

Design & Quotation
Based on the requirements, a detailed customized quotation will be provided, including panel parameters, process details, and delivery cycle. After confirming the details, a customized contract will be signed.

Material Selection
We strictly select high-quality board materials, support the display of raw material traceability, precisely cut boards according to customized plans, and conduct quality inspection throughout the entire process to ensure the quality and precise dimensions of the raw materials.

Custom Processing
Adopting standardized processes combined with refined machining, we support customized processes such as edge banding, drilling, veneering, and engraving. The entire machining process is tracked visually, ensuring strict control over machining accuracy.

Logistics & Delivery
Collaborate with high-quality logistics providers to plan the optimal delivery plan based on the customized product size/weight, track the logistics throughout the process, and ensure timely and safe delivery to the designated location.

Installation & After-sales
We offer remote guidance services and provide a 5-year warranty after acceptance, addressing all issues related to the use of customized boards.
