Face Sheets: Aluminum alloy (commonly 3003, 5052, 6061, etc.), finished with PVDF fluorocarbon coating, polyester coating, wood grain transfer, anodizing, etc.

Honeycomb Core: Hexagonal aluminum foil honeycomb, foil thickness 0.036-0.08mm, cell size 5-25mm

Adhesive Layer: High-performance two-component epoxy adhesive or hot melt film, ensuring strong bonding between face sheets and core.
